At first glance, it's not always clear how good a trainer will be. Look for these signs to see if your trainer is worth the money you're paying him.
1. He asks about your health. Your body is the foundation of your training, so it's important to know what injuries you've had in the past and if you have any recurring medical conditions. It;s a necessary step to step up an optimal training plan, and also to avoid injury. So, stay away from trainers who appear to have no interest in your health.
2. He puts you to the test. To be safe, the first time you do each exercise in a itineary prepared by youtr trainer, you should insist that the trainer either performs them woth you or watches your formwhile you do them. That gives him the oppurtunity to discover muscular deficiencues or imbalances and tweak your training program.
3. He's got good qualifications. Don't shy away from asking about his specialized education.A good sign is if he completed a dgree in sports science or ohysical therapy, or if he has a certification from fitness institutions of your local area. It's also important to know what specific qualifications your trainer possesses. There are a lot of specialized training skills he could have, such as performance-oriented strenght training or cardio training that you could also tap for more challenging workouts.
4. He likes to talk. The best trainer can't help you if he can't explain what he knows. He should be ready to talk, east to comprehend, and satisfied only when you fully understand how the exercises work. You should feel like he's taking follow-up questions, which are part of the rights as a paying customer. If the trainer motivates you to improve your performance level and you're enjoying yourself, then you're in good hands.
5. There are things he doesn't know. In most cases your trainer won't be a doctor, so he should send you to a specialist if physical problems arise that don't easily go away. It;s a sign that your trainer is competent that if he has an answer for every injury. He should also have suggestions on proper nutrition. Some gyms have a nutrition adviser that you can ask about specific problems.
6. One bad sign: He just wants your money. Unfortunately, there are trainers that after a tryout session at their gym only seem to want to sell you dubious nutritional supplements. This often ties in to the gym's philosophy. Get out of that gym as soon as possible, you deserve better.

Diving together brings you closer to each other and you'll appreciate Mother Nature more
We often forget that there is a whole new galaxy of beauty and life below us. Take a deep breath and slop into the ocean.
Scuba diving is a strange sport. I'm not talking about the fact that you can't breathe underwater; I'm talking about how the experience is so different from person to person and dive to dive. You can either choose to have an adrenaline rush and swim with the sharks. Or even pick to have a slow drift and count fish. The experience you want to have is up to you. This is especially true here in the Philippines. With more than 7,000 islands and a tropical climate, we're one of the most beautiful countries in the world of scuba diving spots. North of Manila, you can hit the wrecks in Subic. Go south and you can check out magnificent sea life in Anilao, Batangas.
Now, it’s true that so close to a major city you can't usually see the huge sea creatures. For sharks, you usually need to head out of town. A live-broad (a ship you sleep on) to Tubbataha Reef will bring you close to sharks on nearly every dive. But even without sharks, excitement comes abundant on most dives. Watching a sea turtle half as big as you lazily swim along takes you far away from your city life. Hanging neat the reef watching a brightly colored worm-like creature do its thing reminds you that the world is more that concrete.
Reputation as a macho-sport, but that was back in the days when all the equipment was colored black and female divers were few. Today, there are many female divers, and some of them are taking the sports further by being licensed instructors and the sport's ambassadors. And why not when scuba diving can also be the perfect date. My wife and I will always remember flying hand-in-hand, superman and Lois Lane-style, in a current that pulled across the reef minute and minute. You don't have to dress only in black anymore, as well unless you want to.
Learning to dive together is a marvelous way to deepen a relationship because you always need a partner to dive with.
There's a very little to compare to practicing buddy-breathing (sharing one air source) 10 meters below the sea bring a couple together. Now admittedly my wife got pregnant immediately after we got certified and we didn't actually dive together that much for a couple of years, but the theory is correct.
More importantly, although we missed some diving together when we had babies in tow, diving can be a family sport. The kids could swim and snorkel as the parents went diving. One precious time we all watched a sea turtle as she made her way out into open sea; the kids were snorkeling on the surface, while my wife and I were 10 meters under. When our youngest was 10 years old, the two older kids took their first license together. No you don't search out the rip-roaring dives with a 10 year-old, but you can do some beautiful calm. Limited depth dives with your children. My wife remembers swimming above the children in their bubbles, being part of our children's breaths.
Doing something new together, whether it's diving, dancing, or baking a cake makes something deeper to a relationship, to a family. But diving together will not only bring you closer to each other, it will bring you to appreciate Mother Nature even more. Not everyone dive together, and not everyone will enjoy it in the same way. One thing's sure, everyone who tries diving, everyone who musters the strength to conquer the fear of the depths, will certainly find something worthwhile in this activity. Just remember before you dive that recognizing and allowing for personal differences is also important. Diving is not always about the fish.

Biking at England, UK
Biking in England |
I used to work in England as a Chef and bought a Mountain Bike to be used during my free time.
Biking is not just about the biker's physical fitness and endurance. In order to reach the finish line, triathletes choose the right partner in their journey. A bike should be carefully selected and used. A designed bike greatly helps enhance performance during race, especially in triathlon and tea trials.
I have passion for sports to decide to take all considerations in getting into triathlon, most especially in getting in getting a good bike. He then got my Scott Plasma 2 Premium Triathlon frameset last September from UNISON. I was amazed at how smooth and stable it was the very first time I rode the bike. As a full-blown aero race machine, it was indeed a pleasant surprise.
Shimano Dura Ace 7900 front and rear derailleur’s, brakes calipers, aero bar shifter, cogset, integrated seatpost, adam race saddle, ITM stem, FSA neo pro crankset, 3T Aero bars and brake levers, I-Pro3 power meter, and Zipp 404/808 tubular wheels with ceramics. These specification definitely enhance riding performance, steering, frame stiffness, and stability during striking accelerations.
Scott exudes precision and quality in every detail. The HMX net and IMP5 carbon construction ensures the strength to weight ration is maximized and, together with the extensive wind tunnel testing, ensures that the plasma is among the top frame designs in terms of aerodynamic efficiency. Most top end bike manufacturers have figured out how to build a frame that transfers power efficiently, but too much efficiency can be detrimental in terms of vertical compliance or comfort. The Plasma balances this well enough that I stay fresh longer.
The low weight, smoothness of the ride, and efficient power transfer would give riders confidence and motivation to be more competitive.
