You belive in freshly cooked food with high quality ingrediets: Enjoy your food quietly at the dinner table, rather than standing or gobbling it in front of the TV. You won't waste calories on food that isn't really delicious.
Everything ends up in your stomach, but when you want to lose weight you need to stop before you feel like you're going to explode.
